Dear any law firm any where on planet earth, I, Mr. Gabriel De La Vega Jr. have been a truck driver for several years doing local work in Phoenix, AZ. I’ve currently been working for J.C. trucking Phoenix AZ. The material this company normally hauls is scrap metal. The delivery point for this scrap metal is Metal Management at Lower Buckeye and 35th avenue. Phoenix, AZ. Metal Management is usually open 24 hours for commercial truck drivers to unload their materials on their property and they close around 4:00 pm in the afternoon to non-commercial truck drivers to unload their material. They had a really good set of security personnel working after 4:00 PM then they fired that security team and hired a new security team to watch the property after hours. The company I drive for picks up scrap metal from within the borders of the state of Arizona and from a place called "WE BUY SCRAP" approximately a mile from Metal Management. Us non- unionized hard working slave driven truck drivers try to get in and out of there every 30 minutes to an hour with a new load of fresh scrap metal to dump on the property of Metal Management from the pick up point of "We Buy Scrap". This new security team started a system where each time a driver goes in and out of that place he is required to sign his name and truck number on a clip board. One evening I drove my truck on the property and a 6 – 7 foot big black security guard approached the drivers window of my semi truck for my signature this security guard talked kind of funny so, I asked him are you the type of guy who likes girls or guys? He responded that he liked guys, I then said oh really and how long have you been like that? He responded by saying 23 years all his life. I then immediately let him know that I really did not like being associated with this kind of person and for him to keep his distance from me. Approximately three day’s later I came in with another load and the same security guard was working and the air powered window on my truck did not roll down it was broken and our yard mechanic could not figure out how to fix it at that time, so I used the little triangular window to receive and sign the paper work from this fag security guard without opening the door simply because I did not want an aggressive 6 foot fag security guard that close to my leg if I opened the door of my truck. Who knows! He might of started to hump my leg like a faggot dog in heat. I then returned with another load that same night and this time there was a different security guard a 110 pound Indian mixed with Mexican security guard wearing square military glasses who looked like Jerry Lewis the comedian. I opened the door for this security guard and asked what happened to the other security guard in hopes that he quit or got fired he said that the other guard was working the other side of the property. I asked this poor excuse for a security guard why are all these fags becoming police officers and security guards? He kind of replied with I don’t know... I came back with a third load. As I opened the door for this security guard I said, “I’ll open the door for you cause your not a faggot”. The next thing I knew this security guard called my boss and corporate headquarters and I was fired May, 15 2008, the day fags got the right to marry each other in California after I served Metal Management for 3 years. One week later another driver that works for J.C. trucking a co-worker of mine found out that 110 pound security guard was not only a faggot but that black guy was his boyfriend and that is why he got so angry. I ‘ve been out of work since May 15, 2008 and I want to know if I have any rights in this situation and can I recoup the thousands of dollars I have lost because of this erroneous ridicules assortment of strange out of this world security guard teams unforgivable actions which consist of about 5-10 fagatized guards watching that place and degrading human morale's and God given values that were originally given to these angels of Satan at their time of birth. They might even have sex with each other on that property during the long drooling night hours they have to work. Another thing I would like to sue this multi billion dollar fag organization (Metal Management) for is: In the men’s locker room next to the urinals and toilet the rest rooms they have a camera set up to monitor every one’s activity’s . I asked the general manager why he had a camera in the rest room? His answer was:" people where stealing items out of the lockers so I installed a video surveillance camera". I
believe the real reason is faggot motivated by the clerical administrations
staff that works inside the offices of Metal Management Phoenix, Arizona
United States of America. They themselves must be fags and they simply
want to watch the male employees undress and go to the bathroom. This type
